Can I start with Free and upgrade later?
Absolutely! Start on the Free plan and upgrade to Pro whenever you need more than 50 certificates. All your data comes with you—nothing changes except your limits.
What happens when I hit my certificate limit on Free?
You’ll see a notification in your dashboard when you’re close to 50 certificates. Once you hit the limit, you’ll need to upgrade to Pro to create more certificates. You can still view, verify, and manage your existing certificates.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes! You can change your billing cycle anytime from your account settings. Annual billing saves you $58 per year.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel with one click from your account settings. No questions asked, no cancellation fees. If you cancel, you’ll keep Pro features until the end of your billing period, then automatically move to the Free plan.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you’re not happy within the first 60 days of your Pro subscription, we’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes! Try Pro free for 14 days with full access to unlimited certificates and all Pro features. No credit card required to start. We’ll only ask for payment if you decide to continue after the trial.
Is there a setup fee or training required?
No setup fees, ever. CertLister is designed to be intuitive—most users are up and running in 5 minutes. We also provide documentation, video guides, and email support to help you get started.
What happens to my certificates if I downgrade from Pro to Free?
You keep all your certificates—we never delete your data. However, you won’t be able to create new certificates until you’re back under 50 total. You can still view, verify, and manage all existing certificates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
