Can I start with Free and upgrade later?
Yes. Start free and upgrade to Basic or Pro whenever you're ready. All your data—certificates, designs, and categories—comes with you. Nothing is lost.
What happens when I hit my certificate limit?
You'll see a usage bar in your dashboard as you approach your limit. Once you reach it, you won't be able to create new certificates until you upgrade. You can still view, verify, and manage all existing certificates.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes—all new organizations start with a 14-day free trial with full Pro-level access to every feature. No credit card required to start.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, anytime from your account settings. Switching to annual saves you 20%—$48/year on Basic, $120/year on Pro.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Pro (or downgrade)?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep your current features until then.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel with one click from Settings → Billing. No questions asked, no fees. You keep your current plan features until the end of your billing period, then move to Free.
What happens to my data if I downgrade to Free?
We never delete your data. You keep all your existing certificates. You won't be able to create new ones until you're under the Free plan limit (50 certificates). You can still view, verify, and manage everything.
Do you offer discounts for schools or non-profits?

Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you're unhappy within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund, no questions asked.
